CORNEA ULCER. it's goddamn scary i'm telling you. please don't even get it. I'll spare you the details but yes.. It's the shittiest feeling in the world so yes. please all you who wear contact lenses please do take care and not be rough when handling it. And please avoid getting hit in the eye at full blast by a basketball, or any ball for that matter. i wanna die..aargh

but on a lighter note, life's been well, busy.. :)

So it's been awhile and I apologise to all those who come here often. Yes, quite a bit of excitement has been buzzing around of late so here's a quick summary of all that's been happening.

For one, THE SEXIES WON THE OPENING GIG FOR HOOBASTANK, COME WATCH US AT FORT CANNING PARK. get your ticks from sistic! yes. 15 mins of limelight. It really is a great honour. haha it sounds like the 30 seconds of fame on kids central. haha

And number two, I FINALLY got my very own keyboard. A Korg X50 and i'm damn proud of it. Asher's the name everyone! :) thanks to the big sacrifice the band had to make by selling away the 4 n73 phones we won for the Hoobastank competition. trust me it really was heart wrenching. I <3 color="#ff0000" size="5">yesterday, was perhaps the day most girls would dream of.. maybe guys as well. $400 each to spend on outfits and what nots at Roxy and Quiksilver outlet at Marina Square!! just for our gig!!! It was really much fun amidst the pain of trying out different outfits for almost 3 hours (some of us look weird in almost everything, shall not mention names yes xiao an), yes we really did have a great time shopping. So i'm now one happy girl.

In the meantime juggling btwn band practices and all, there's the teaching at TPMC which sometimes suck cause the kids are either so irritatingly cute, or really bratty. Whatever the case may be, it really is heartening to hear them remember your name after not seeing them for almost a week. Trust me, they do forget names easily. Maybe life as a teacher is really as rewarding as it seems. SEEMS.

And hopefully things will look brighter for the band in the days to come. We're just done with our 3rd original the day before yesterday so let's see where our music takes us.

Just the other day someone was asking me if I was worried now that A levels results will be released pretty soon, and i guess. haha. i'm not thinking about that yet. at least not now lar. oh wells.
